Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Callback AI — the website at callbackai.app and the Callback apps for iPhone and iPad. The service is provided by Nocte Ventures Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales, company number 16579177, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

What Callback is

Callback is a study tool for people preparing for finance interviews. It provides practice questions, explanations, numeric drills, mock rounds, a study plan and reference market data.

It does not promise an interview, an offer, or that any particular question will be asked. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal, tax or career advice, and the market data shown is for study only and must never be relied on for a real decision.

Your account

You need an account to sync progress across devices. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal — don't share credentials or let anyone else use yours.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher. Callback is built for adults preparing for professional interviews.

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings in the app. Deletion removes your personal data and study history; see the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and payment

Callback is free to use in part. Callback Pro is a recurring subscription that unlocks the rest. Current prices are on the pricing page.

• Subscriptions purchased inside the iPhone or iPad app are billed by Apple through your Apple Account and governed by Apple’s terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for, and we will give you reasonable notice before a renewal at a new price.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Content and licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Callback for your own interview preparation on devices you control.

All questions, explanations, drills, takeaways and interviewer notes are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell or redistribute them; use them to build or improve a competing product; or use them as training data for a machine-learning model. Bulk extraction of the question bank is a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service; don’t use it unlawfully; and don’t circumvent the limits of the free tier or any technical protection.

Accuracy

We write and check the content ourselves and correct errors when we find them. Even so it is provided as-is: standards, conventions and markets change, and you should verify anything you intend to state as fact in an interview. Market data is supplied by third parties and we do not warrant its accuracy or availability.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature materially and you are within a paid period, contact us and we will refund the unused portion.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, offers, earnings or profits, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, and will refund any unused paid period where the breach was not deliberate.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country’s law.
